RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At BINGO BECUZ IT NEVER GETS OLD™, every item is made to order specifically for each customer.

Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Color preference changes

  • Ordering mistakes

However, if your item arrives:

  • Damaged

  • Misprinted

  • Defective

  • Incorrect

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the item and packaging

We’ll gladly work with our fulfillment partner to provide a replacement or resolution.

Please note:

  • Items must not be worn or washed before reporting issues.

  • Shipping delays caused by carriers are outside our control.
